✅ Corrosion Protection Mechanism of Zn–Al–Mg Coating
The incision areas of steel plate processing are exposed to air and will experience red rust corrosion, while the alloy elements in the surface coatings form water soluble ions in the atmosphere corrosion environment. As the liquid film flow gradually covers the incision, forming a stable protective film, covering the red rust at the incision location, and forming dense precipitation products including chlorine water and zinc minerals at the insicions location, which significantly reduces the cathode reaction current at the incision location, thereby significantly improving the incision corrosion resistance.
