Our solar mounting systems are designed to support photovoltaic panels with high structural stability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
They are widely used in utility-scale solar plants, commercial rooftops, and industrial PV projects.
Our product use SLPV700+ZMA high-strength Zn-Al-Mg coated steel—a co-development of our company and Shougang Group—with strength far exceeding existing Q235B, S350 and S420 steels. It also has excellent plasticity, low-temperature toughness, coatability and stable performance.
Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥700MPa, tensile strength ≥750MPa, elongation after fracture ≥20%. This steel outperforms traditional Q235B in strength, cold bending performance, elongation and low-temperature toughness.
System lightweighting drastically reduces steel demand—lowering carbon emissions, saving standard coal, and cutting transportation costs & related emissions. During production, simultaneous Zn-Al-Mg coating enhances corrosion resistance.
Offshore Solar Mounting Structure
Our offshore solar mounting structures are manufactured using high-strength Zn–Al–Mg steel, a next-generation material specially designed for harsh coastal and marine environments. Compared with traditional hot-dip galvanized steel, Zn–Al–Mg offers 3–10 times superior corrosion resistance, exceptional durability in high-salt, high-humidity conditions, and a unique self-healing effect on cut edges and scratches.
This advanced coating system significantly reduces long-term maintenance, ensures structural stability during continuous exposure to seawater spray and strong winds, and extends the overall service life of offshore PV installations. The high strength of the material also allows for lighter, more efficient designs, improving installation speed and reducing project costs.
Our offshore solutions are suitable for floating PV, coastal PV, tidal-flat PV, and other marine applications where conventional galvanized steel cannot provide sufficient protection
